No Uninvited Guests

Only registered players are allowed on the court. You may not bring extra guests or companions who have not signed up through the app.

Sports Insurance

Players are responsible for their own sports insurance and any injuries during the game. We strongly recommend having valid sports coverage.

Personal Belongings

You are responsible for your own belongings (bags, phones, shoes, etc.). Avoid bringing valuable items to the venue.

Sportsmanship

Violence, profanity, and disrespect toward players or the host are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in a ban from future games.

Proper Gear Required

Indoor shoes and athletic clothing are mandatory. Players without proper gear will not be allowed on the court.

Arrive on Time

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the game starts. Being more than 10 minutes late may result in losing your spot.

Respect the Facility

Keep noise to a minimum in hallways and changing rooms. Please follow all facility rules and guidelines.

Minimum Players by 6 Hours Before

If the minimum number of players is not reached 6 hours before the game, it will be automatically cancelled.

Refund Policy

Cancellations up to 12 hours before the game are eligible for a full refund. After that, no refunds will be issued.
