Terms & Conditions
Please read these conditions carefully before booking. By booking a party, you agree to these terms.
Booking & Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking
- Full payment is due 7 days before the party date
- Bookings must be made at least 2 weeks in advance
- Weekend slots fill up quickly - book early!
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 14+ days before: Full refund minus deposit
- Cancellations made 7-13 days before: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before: No refund
- Rescheduling is free if done 7+ days in advance (subject to availability)
Guest & Safety Requirements
- All children must have a signed waiver from parent/guardian
- Waivers must be submitted at least 24 hours before the party
- Children must wear appropriate athletic footwear (no cleats indoors)
- At least 1 adult supervisor per 5 children is required
- The birthday child's parent/guardian must remain on-site
Facility Rules
- No outside food or drinks allowed (except cake for Basic package)
- No alcohol permitted at children's parties
- Decorations must be approved - no confetti, glitter, or tape on walls
- All personal belongings must be removed at end of party
- Facility must be left in clean condition
Additional Guests
- Extra guests beyond package limit: $15 per child
- Maximum capacity varies by sport type
- Adult guests do not count toward child limit
- Please confirm final headcount 48 hours before party
